Understanding for Life Ministries (UFL) does not offer refunds for online purchases. However, UFL is committed to replace any defective product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase or while supplies last. UFL cannot offer you an exchange if your purchased product is not defective or if the 30-day period from the date of purchase has lapsed.
If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org providing your name, mailing address, contact number, e-mail address, purchase order number, date of purchase and description of product defect.
You may return your defective product via mail or in person.
- If you return your defective product via mail, you must enclose proof of purchase (receipt) with your return package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days from the date your product is returned to receive your replaced product.
- If you return your defective product in person, contact Customer Service to set a scheduled time for returning. Bring your proof of purchase with you upon returning your defective item.
